What you need:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp bakingpowder
- 200 g fine granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla flavour
The recipe:
- pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
- Put the flour, the fine granulated sugar, the salt and butter together in a bowl.
- knead the butter mixture with your hands till it becomes a crumbly mixture.
- in another bowl whisk the eggs, milk and the vanilla flavour till it is mixed properly. Pour that mixture, gradually, while mixing, in the first bowl.
- Mix till the mixture is smooth. Don't mix too long.
- Put out 12 cupcake vorms/tins. Fill the vorms 2/3 of the way up.
- Bake the cupcakes in the oven for 20-25 min.
- And you're finished.
