What you need:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g fine granulated sugar
- 125 g self raising flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 eggs
The Cupcakes:
- Pre-heat the oven to 170 C
- Make sure the butter, eggs and milk are at room temperature
- Put the butter in a bowl
- Mix the sugar gradually with the butter
- Make sure the butter and sugar are mixed well and mix till it is light and airy
- Add the eggs one by one to the butter and sugar mixture. Every time you add an egg mix the mixture
- Now gradually add the self raising flour. Mix every time you added a bit of flour
- Add the milk and mix the mixture for another minute till every thing is mixed well and till you have an airy and a smooth mixture
- Put the mixture in the vorms and fill them 2/3 of the way up.
- Put the cupcakes in the oven for about 20-25 min.
